How rankings work

Our rankings combine three signals:

• Community ratings data — popularity, average score, and tag-rank from the community, the largest English-language manhwa community.
• Curatorial selection — every list is hand-checked. We remove genre overlaps, filter content that doesn't fit the category, and ensure quality.
• Cross-category deduplication — when a title fits multiple categories (e.g., a villainess romance that's also isekai), we surface it where it best matches reader intent.
